Officer Duties

Treasurer: Keeps track of money, communicates with GSA and business office regarding funding, handles supply shopping and purchase orders
Secretary: Records and logs meeting notes, provides copies to GSA Liason and Vice President, keeps records and history of activities, coordinates meeting logistics and agenda creation
Vice President: Head of public relations with department grad students and faculty, updates website, posts bulletin board items, sends out emails, etc.
President: Calls and facilitates meetings, deals with all external organization & clubs (besides GSA), coordinates general ESGSO function, delegates additional tasks for events or projects, maintains final say on all organization activities.
