This is the home page for the Graduate Program in Adult Education and Human Resource Development at Florida International University. The program was initiated when the University opened in 1972. Since that time, it has served the professional development needs of thousands of individuals and hundreds of organizations.
The program is housed within the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies in the College of Education and offers three graduate degrees (you can click on the degree to get more information about the degree):
Master of Science Degree (M.S.) in Adult Education.
Master of Science Degree (M.S.) in Human Resource Development.
Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Adult Education and Human Resource Development.
Within the doctoral program, students may also specialize in International Intercultural Development Education, or complete the certificate in Conflict Resolution offered by the Center for Labor Research and Studies.
