FIU Special Education Community Advisory Board

   In Collaboration with Miami-Dade County Public Schools 
The FIU Special Education Advisory Board is comprised of educators, administrators, and others committed to quality education and treatment of children and youth with disabilities. We are an action-oriented group whose immediate interests include the following: special education teacher preparations, credentialing, and retention; roles and responsibilities of principals with respect to students with disabilities; and the inclusion of students with disabilities in the least restrictive environment.
