     Tuesday: 4:00 – 5:00

     Wednesday: 1:00 – 2:00

     Thursday: 2:00 – 3:00

We try hard to provide a same-day response to most emails, but we must ask you to allow  two business days for a response before writing again. Please understand that, as we are a small department, advising is just one of many responsibilities that our office staff and Undergraduate Director must attend to.

In order to ensure an accurate and prompt response to your questions, emails are reviewed by our office staff and our Undergraduate Director. Sometimes you will receive a response from our office staff, and sometimes from our Undergraduate Director -- it will depend on what you ask. You will usually get a more rapid response if you provide a clear subject heading in your email.

Advising by phone: Call our office staff at (305) 348 2316, during regular hours (9:00 - 5:00). 

Walk-ins: (i) No appointment is necessary for advising during the posted office hours of the Undergraduate Director.The Undergraduate Director cannot accept walk-ins outside of the office hours posted above.  If you cannot make these hours, you may be able to set up an appointment by email. (ii)  Our office staff are available during regular hours (9:00 - 5:00) and can answer many administrative questions.
