Welcome to the website of the Miami-Dade and Monroe Regional
Personnel Development Partnership (PDP). Our local
partnership supports Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties' efforts to
ensure that there are adequate numbers of qualified personnel to meet
the educational needs of infants, toddlers, children and youth with
disabilities.
The purpose of the Personnel Development Partnership is to increase the State's capacity to recruit, prepare and retain highly qualified personnel in Florida that provide instructional and related services to children with disabilities.
This website was developed by the Dade/Monroe PDP, through the Florida Department of Education, a special project funded by the State of Florida, Department of Education, Bureau of Exceptional Education and Student Services, through federal assistance under the individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Part B and Part D.
