The SDT is a co-curricular transcript, which allows students to document their campus and community involvement while at FIU. The SDT chronicles volunteer work, committee and club participation, leadership training, and honors and awards. The transcript also identifies the learning outcomes associated with each involvement activity. This service is available to all students, and most students will find it very valuable when it comes time to apply for graduate school. Registration for this service is required, and is very simple. Follow the directions below to open your transcript and then to document your co-curricular and volunteer activities.

First, complete the Application Form here.

Next, you should download and print the Reference Sheet to use as a reference while completing the entry form.

Last, once you have printed the reference sheet, use the Entry Form to document your activities.
