The LEAD Team is a student group of leadership consultants that provide student clubs and organizations with presentations and activities to help enhance their organizational effectiveness. Workshop topics include motivation, group cohesion, communications, effective leadership skills, and more!

The LEAD Team also assists faculty by conducting classroom sessions addressing group dynamics, team building, communications, conflict management, group decision-making, and similar topics.
