Research and Teaching Interests:
Developed progressive field experience in organizational development; institutional capacity analysis and dispute resolution systems for organizations, both in the U. S. and several Latin-American countries. At charge of needs evaluation, program design, and delivery of capacity-building training programs, that included teaching conflict resolution theory and skills to publics of varied educational and motivational levels in different cultures and two languages. Developed strong analysis and cross-cultural communication skills, applied to inter-organizational disputes.
Her expertise on electronic media includes design and maintenance of a Spanish language conflict resolution website since 1996, design and teaching of online courses on dispute resolution, and developing innovative research in online dispute resolution methods.
