Adding Ticklers to Bibliographic Records

To add a tickler in OCLC:
Add 599:1_:(FMFIU)xxxxxxx [text]
(if it is the first time the tickler is going to be entered in our database you don't need to add (FMFIU), in Aleph we don't need (FMFIU) as part of the tickler, we only add it for ticklers that are already in use to keep consistency)
To add a tickler in ALEPH:
Add TKR: :(FMFIU)xxxxxxx [text]
