Acquisitions will let Record Creation know when firm orders for this collection are to be placed.
Record Creation will bring in the bib and add a TKR field: NSSHR. They will also add a non-public note (subfield x) in the 852 field of the holdings record: NSSHR (Book plate)
Acquisitions will place the order.
When materials have been received by Acquisitions and are passed to Record Creation, Record Creation will see the note in the holdings record and know to insert the bookplate at that time.
