Moving and relinking items in ALEPH 18

  1. In Split Editor mode, open bib records from which and to which items are to be moved, pressing the Overview Tree toolbar button to display the record trees.


  2. Open item record to be relinked. In lower pane click on HOL Links tab, then press UnLink. Item is now unlinked.


  3. Return to bib tree displays and drag and drop unlinked item to Item on the overview tree of the bib record to which item needs to be relinked.


  4. Open moved item record and link it to its new holding record.
