Women in Law recognizes the growing role of women in both the legal system and in society. Specific topics will be discussed by practicing women attorneys and judges that include women’s rights as victims of sexual battery and domestic violence, rights associated with marital and child custody law, and recent court decisions involving discrimination cases. The course is instructed by practicing attorneys and judges, adding practicality and credibility to this comprehensive course. Women in Law is recommended for all attorneys, both men and women, and the general public. Students in the Paralegal Certificate Program may take this course as an elective.

Kenneth Feldman, Esq. has made every possible effort to bring you the best female attorneys and judges in our legal community to serve as speakers on each one of the 7 sessions of this program. Don’t miss this opportunity.

Paralegals may take this program as a selective course in the Paralegal program. This course is open to the general public and professional individuals who need to inform themselves more about the role of the woman in society.
