YOGA
Yoga refers to traditional mental disciplines originating in India. Traditionally, the word is associated with meditative practices in Hinduism, Buddhism and Janism. The well-researched Yoga positions are well known to exercise muscles and tendons to improve muscle tone and flexibility, and may improve cartilage integrity and bone health through weight-bearing and increased joint lubrication.

Yoga is perhaps the only form of activity that massages all the internal glands and organs of the body in a thorough manner which facilitates blood flow and acts to rejuvenate and revitalize the entire body. Accordingly, this may help in the flushing out of toxins and the facilitation of nutrients to the body, creating a feeling of well-being and zest for life.
