Current FIU Photo IDs are required to use all recreation facilities. If you do not have a current photo ID, you can get a new one at the 1st floor Graham Center ID Office - call them at (305) 348-3910 for hours and cost.

Not sure if you want to commit to a full semester to start off? Try our 2-week Trial Membership for only $15. If you decide to go with a full membership when that runs out, we'll credit you that $15 toward the full membership.

FACULTY/STAFF NOON HOOPS

Each Monday, Wednesday and Friday from Noon-1:30pm, a different style of basketball is being played at the Rec Center (court #2).  This style of fundamental, long-range shooting and in-your-face-defense has been played for many years by various faculty and staff members throughout the university. Faculty members ranging from the Physics to Education and staff members from University Technology Services to Athletics come together these three days each week to find out who will reign supreme on that particular day.  

All faculty and staff members who are current members at the Rec Center are welcome to play!  All you have to do is show up at noon each Monday, Wednesday or Friday at court #2 and the "regulars" will welcome you to join in.

HEALTH CENTER TO PROVIDE EMPLOYEES CARE

Slated to begin in the Fall semester, FIU's University Health Services is schedued to begin providing health care services to FIU faculty and staff through the HealthCare Network (FIU-HCN). Care will be provided through the Collge of Medicine faculty as part of their accreditation requirements. Hours will be limited to early evenings 3 days a week.
