Class Description:
No choreography - just straight intense conditioning exercises. The ultimate leg workout guaranteed. This workout will improve the strength and power in your legs like no other workout. + Core adds core exercises.

PILATES

Class Description:
Pilates is referred to as the "science of control". These exercises will challenge your core strength and stability. Special attention is given to abs, back, triceps and gluteal muscles. Mats are provided.

Class Description:

STEP

Class Description:
SIMPLY STEP classes teach the fundamentals of stepping while providing a fun and effective workout. All welcome! INTERMEDIATE STEP classes teach intermediate level step choreography. STEP + CORE is a half-hour step class follwoed by a half-hour of core exercises. All welcome. SUPER STEP is a
cardio-based workout utilizing the step bench. This class involves intermediate and advanced step choreography done to energy-charged music. Its the ultimate in step - intermediate and advanced steppers only!

Class Description:
Yoga classes provide a holistic approach to building strength, stamina and balance by training posture and breathing techniques. ASHTANGA YOGA involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures (beginner & Intermediate levels). Please pay attention to the level of the class. Mats are provided. ANUSARA YOGA is a therapeutic and heart-oriented yoga that leaves you feeling great on physical, mental and spiritual levels. The class focuses on principles of alignment and guides you into poses that assist with easing body aches and discomforts.

SPECIALTY

Boot CampBOOT CAMP

Class Description:
Boot Camp is an intense outdoor and indoor workout. Our classes are conducted by certified fitness professionals and includes agility and speed drills (short sprints, agility ladder, shuttle runs), cardiovascular exercise (running, interval training, obstacle courses), along with strength elements (using dumbbells, medicine balls, exercise bands, or body weight resistance). A flexibility component is added at the end. Our classes are different because we emphasize technique and core training while providing options for less fit individuals. You are guaranteed 3 things from our workouts - emphasis on safety, massive calorie expenditure, and lots of seating (so drink water before and bring a water bottle).

SPLASH! AEROBICS

Class Description:
A virtual training room in the water, where every muscle and every joint can be strengthened and worked. You're sweating and burning calories all without any impact on your joints. A non-weight bearing, wet workout using dumbbells, noodles, and kickboards. Think you can't sweat in water? Think again!

WOW4W.O.W. (Women on Weights)

Class Description:
WOW is an educational and hands-on fitness program that helps women get the right facts on strength training, and how to perform it with proper form and alignment. By showing women different exercises, providing information on the benefits of training, and exposing the right myths about lifting will help women feel more comfortable and confident in the weight room. So bring your water bottle and towel, and get ready to work! NOW 4 DAYS A WEEK!
