1. These website notes are in the process of being constructed, so additional Class Notes will be posted as they are edited and become available, typically within a week or so after a course section (case study) is completed.

2. These Class Notes are to assist students in understanding select general points made in the class lectures and readings. They are not intended to be comprehensive or cover all of the lecture and reading materials for which students will be responsible on the mid-term and final exam. Nor are they a substitute for class attendance, which is essential to your gaining an in-depth understanding of the case studies or required reading materials.
