Chinese greens, Hon-Tsai Tai

This vegetable has deep purple leaf and flower stalks and dark green leaves. The plant grows vigorously and produces lots of flower buds for vegetable use. Young stalks and flowers are very tender, excellent for stir-fry. This vegetable is tolerant at low temperature and the purple color intensifies as the temperature decreases.

Collards, Champion

Selected for a more compact and longer-standing habit. Rich, dark green color with long, broad, wavy, tender leaves.

Collards, Georgia

Georgia is a favorite for tender leaves and reliably heavy yields. The non-heading plants reach 30 to 36 inches tall, produce abundantly, and are unsurpassed for fresh-collard taste.

Culantro (Eryngium foetidum)

The robust cilantro-like flavor holds when cooked. Forms compact rosettes, best in moist partial shade. Widely used in Central American, Caribbean and South East Asian cuisine.

Kale, Chinese, ‘Blue Star’

Large, thick stems with bluish green leaves and white flower buds are very crispy and delicious.

Kale, Red Russian

Stems are purple; leaves are deep gray-green, purple-veined, flat, noncurled, and tooth-edged. The plants mature medium-tall and leaves are tender compared to other kales. For salads and light cooking.

Tomato ‘BHN-624’

A cross between a grape tomato and a cherry tomato. BHN-624 has the oval shape of a grape, the juicy consistency of a cherry, and an excellent, sweet rich flavor. Nice, deep red color. Heavy yields over a long period of time. Indeterminate.

Tomato ‘Brown Berry’

Dark, reddish-brown cherry tomato.
Round, avg. 1 oz. fruits are juicy and full flavored, though not as sweet as other cherries.

Tomato ‘Chiquita’

Beautiful, deep rose-pink tomatoes with great flavor and pleasant texture. Healthy, disease resistant plants. Staking recommended. Large and vigorous plants, determinate.

Tomato ‘Juliet’

Juliet rates as the most disease resistant in our trials. Deep red, shiny fruits avg. 1.5-2 oz. Typically 12-18 fruits per cluster. Delicious, rich tomato taste for salads, great salsa, and fresh pasta sauce. Good crack resistance, vine storage, and shelf life. Indeterminate, vigorous plants.
