• December 14th, 2004 - The Amernet String Quartet - FIU Artists -in- Residence - Includes an Hors d'oeuvres Buffet

• January 11th, 2005 - "The Margulies Collection" - A review of this private/public collection of Art and Sculpture. Includes Hors d'oeuvres buffet

• February 8th, 2005- An Evening of Wine and Food Pairing at the Southern Wine and Beverage Center - Four-Course Gourmet Dinner & Wine tasting - Featuring Chef Michael Moran and "Chip" Cassidy, Wine Expert. (This event has a $35.00 fee)

• March 8th, 2005- Faculty review of "The Plot Against America" Phillip Roth's new Alternative History Novel - Reviewed by Professor Asher Milbauer

• April 12, 2005- Kemal Gekic- FIU Artist-in-Residence and renowned pianist in concert. Includes a post-concert dessert reception (Tax deductible contribution fee $18.00)
