Meeting Update

This coming Thursday, 17 February, BASA will have it's second general meeting in GC 315 from 5 to 6:30 PM or thereabouts. Please come prepared for a fun meeting with light refreshments, followed by a short film titled "Royal Warships" in commemoration of the Bicentenary year of the Battle of Trafalgar 1805.

We'll also be talking about our involvement in this year's Scottish Highland Games & Festival.

Pub Night photos and Highland Games

Just a quick note to inform everyone that last Friday's Irish Pub Night photos are up. The Field was quite a place. The real charm of it, other than it being jam-full, was in the ambience, great food, and the unusual layout. There were many rooms, loud and cosy, all filled with warm wood, books, brass, and live music.

I would suggest looking at the photos as they are. The resolution when blown up isn't very good at all! Lastly, the Scottish Highland Games and Festival are upon us. A group of us are going to help out at the games. Photos from last year can be seen at the following link. Keep checking for more updates.
