Burdick leads FIU
in the Ryder/Florida Women's Championship
IU
finishes the second round of the Ryder/Florida Women's Championship
in eighth place at the Don Shula Golf Resort.
The team ended with a 640, 47 strokes behind leader Florida
State. Leading the Golden Panthers was Courtney Burdick
who fired a second round nine over 81. Burdick is tied for 23rd
after a two day total of 158 (+14).
Andrea Sarratt and Liz Stuart were one stroke
behind at 159 (+15). Stuart shot a seven-over 79, on the second
day, while Sarratt had an 82.
Also finishing for FIU was Laura Leone in 41st place
at 164 and Cindy Pilat at 177.
The final round is on Sunday. |
