FIU finishes in 14th place at the Waterlefe/USF Invitational

IU places 14th at the Waterlefe/USF Invitational in Bradenton, FL. The Golden Panthers shot a three-day total of 1,005 (+141) on the par-72, 5,909-yard Waterlefe golf course.

TCU was the overall winner at 898 (+34).

Juniors Courtney Burdick and Liz Stuart led FIU with three-day totals of 244 (+28) to tie for 55th place.

Sophomore Laura Leone tied for 67th with a 40-over, 256, while Natascha Lorenz placed 76th with a 268 (+52).

FIU will next compete in the Spring Water Tournamant in DeLand, FL on March 24-25.
