As a Freshman (2001): Did not dress due to ACL surgery in the summer.

While at Atlee High (1997-2001): 2001 all-district Player of the Year…all-district performer two consecutive years…competed with the regionally recognized Richmond Volleyball Club that qualified to play in the Junior Olympics…led her team to the district championship as a junior…also played soccer for Atlee that won district titles the last three years.

Personal: Laura E. Vogel was born January 3, 1983 in Mechanicsville, VA…one of four children…daughter of Kurt and Martha Vogel…major in Occupational Therapy.
