FIU to play in key match Friday night

he FIU volleyball team will be trying to keep its postseason hopes alive against Arkansas State at Golden Panther Arena on Friday night at 7:00 p.m.

The Golden Panthers are one game behind Arkansas State and Denver for the eighth and final spot in the conference tournament, with FIU 2-10 in Sun Belt Conference play, while the Indians are 3-10.

FIU still plays Arkansas-Little Rock on Sunday at 1:00 p.m., while Arkansas State ends regular season play vs. the Golden Panthers.

Eight of the 11 Sun Belt teams make the conference tournament that is being hosted by FIU at Golden Panther Arena from November 21-23.
