Louisana-Lafayette defeats
FIU, 3-0
 ouisiana-Lafayette
defeats FIU 3-0 (30-23, 30-18, 30-17) in Lafayette, LA. Jennifer
Owens led FIU with eight kills and six blocking assists.
The Ragin Cajuns (9-11, 3-3 Sun Belt) used only six players
the entire game to defeat the Golden Panthers (6-16, 1-6 Sun
Belt). ULL's Priscilla Lima led all with 11 kills.
The loss marked FIU's fourth in five games, as it continues
to try and overcome the loss to Nirvana Kos.
The Golden Panthers will next play New Mexico State on Friday
night at Golden Panther Arena at 7:00 p.m. |
