Prior to FIU: Named first-team league pitcher her junior and senior seasons at Rex Putnam…third-team all-state pitcher last season and honorable mention her junior year…also played first base in high school and was named first-team league in 1998, as well as first-team utility player in 1997… four-year prep letterwinner in softball, basketball and volleyball…voted the most athletic player in high school in 2000…was basketball MVP in 1997 and '98, along with volleyball MVP in 1999… a Marine and Naval Scholar Athlete for the 2000 school year…enjoys snowboarding and going to the beach…daughter of Kenneth and Johnene Laminack.
