Prior to FIU: Pitched over 178 innings in 1999 for Wabash Valley JC and earned All-Great Rivers Athletic Conference honors…also named to the All-NJCAA Region XXIV team…finished with a 20-8 record, a 1.33 ERA and 219 strikeouts…at Blackford High School, selected first team all-state in Indiana…named to the all-region and all-conference teams all four years…four-year letterwinner in basketball…daughter of Michael and Cheryl Barnes.
