College: Top returning distance runner…ran every major cross country meet last fall with three top-five finishes…the Golden Panthers top finisher at the Sun Belt Conference meet…best time of last season was an 8k, 26:33, finishing 16 out of 130 runners at the Gator Invitational (9/30/00)…posted his personal best time of 26:22 as a sophomore, running in the Lehigh/Paul Short Run (10/4/98)…recorded the team's second-fastest times in both the outdoor 5,000m (15:37.69) and 10,000m (33:55.48)-both personal bests.
High School: Ran three years of track and cross country in high school and was an all-county selection.
