College: An all-around athlete who runs cross country, the heptathlon, the 800m and on some of the relay teams…raced in five cross country meets last fall, including the Sun Belt Conference meet where she finished 38th…in 1999, posted her best 5k time of 18:43 at the Auburn Invitational (10/1/99) which ranks as the 16th fastest time in school history…all-conference performer in both indoor and outdoor track…finished second in the haptathlon at the league's outdoor meet with 4,743 points…also had conference top-10 marks in the 800 meters (2:15.95) and the high jump (5'4")…member of the SBC indoor meet's distance medley relay team…her indoor 2:17.65 in the 800m and a 5'02.25" high jump also ranked among the conference bests…ran the team's fastest mile in 1999 (5:12.64) which was also the conference's second-fastest time on the year…finished fourth at the '99 SBC outdoor meet with a 2:18.79 time in the 800m…Academic Honor Roll recipient…ran seventh in the 1998 Trans America Athletic Conference cross country meet, good for all-conference recognition, as was her second-place finish in the 1,500m at the league's track and field championships.
High School: All-state prep runner in both track and cross country…was second at the state meet in the mile and the 800m as a junior and third in the mile as a senior.
