College: Best returning track distance runner in the 5,000m and 10,000m and the second-best cross country runner on the team…ran in every major cross country meet last fall including the Walt Disney World Classic and the NCAA South Regional…posted her career-best 5k time of 18:40 at the FIU Invitational (9/15/00)…that time ranks tied for the 13th best in the history of the FIU program…recorded four top-10 finishes on the year…as a freshman cross country runner, put up a pair of top-10 finishes and was 22nd at the Sun Belt meet…her 5,000m indoor track time of 18:32.89 ranked among the top-10 last season in the SBC…that was good for an eighth-place finish at the conference meet…outdoors, she posted league top-10 times in the 3,000m (10:34.62), 5,000m (18:14.00) and 10,000m (40:25.44), scoring points in the conference meet with a sixth-place showing in the 10,000m.
High School: Two-time all-county (1997-98) in cross country and in track for the two-mile run (1998-99)…member of her high school's 1998 5A state champion cross country squad.
