    College: Distance runner in the 5,000 and 10,000 meters…ran four races with the cross country team last season with one top-10 finish…posted a personal-best 27:37 at the FIU Invitational (9/15/00), good for 13th place.

    High School: Walked on to the FIU team after winning five varsity letters in soccer, cross country, basketball, baseball and track and field in high school…All-Miami-Dade County harrier who finished fourth at the 1997 state cross country meet…voted Holy Cross' Athlete of the Year as a sophomore and a junior.
