As a Sophomore (1999): Saw action in 17 matches and started 16 times…contributed two assists on eight shots…both assists came in wins over FAU (9/30) and Howard (11/5).

As a Freshman (1998): Played in 16 games with two starts but one of the first off the bench in the others...FIU won both of those game starts…Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's All-Academic List honoree.

Prior to FIU: Attended the University of Texas for a year but did not compete intercollegiately…four-year prep letterwinner…district and team MVP as a senior…scored six goals and recorded 11 assists that year…second-team all-district as a junior and honorable mention as a sophomore…competed with the AAU Longhorn Soccer Club throughout his high school days…Longhorn was regional runner-up in the summer of 1998…son of Craig and Kathy Collins…History major.
