Rosenberg earns ASC goalkeeper
honors for second-straight week

International's Roy Rosenberg was named the Atlantic Soccer Conference's
top goalkeeper for the second straight week as announced by the
conference office on Monday.
Rosenberg earned the honor after recording 11 saves and picking
up two victories in the 2002 FIU Umbro Classic Friday and Sunday.
He allowed two goals in 180 minutes of action against 22nd-ranked
Columbia and West Virginia and was named the tournament's Most
Valuable Defensive Player.
This is the third such honor for Rosenberg in his career at
FIU and the second this season. |
