Men's Soccer Falls to #15 St. John's, 1-0

efender Alberto Duenas' first-half blast from 32 yards out proved to be the game-winner as the 15th-ranked Red Storm downed Florida International, 1-0, Friday night in King's Point, N.Y.

The Golden Panthers (0-3-0) had difficulty against SJU's defense, launching only three shots in the contest. FIU goalkeeper Roy Rosenberg hauled in five saves in the match.

The victory was the first for the Red Storm (1-1-0) this season.

FIU will face William and Mary tonight at 6:00 p.m. in the final day of the round-robin tournament. The Tribe suffered a 2-1 setback to No. 4 Indiana on Friday evening.
