This is the home page for the Graduate Program in Adult Education and Human Resource Development at Florida International University.  The program was initiated when the University opened in 1972. Since that time, it has served the professional development needs of thousands of individuals and hundreds of organizations.

The program is housed within the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies in the College of Education and offers three graduate degrees:

Master of Science in Adult Education (MS/AE)

Master of Science in Human Resource Development (MS/HRD)

Doctor of Education in Adult Education and Human Resource Development (EdD/AEHRD)

Within the doctoral program, students may also specialize in International Intercultural Development Education.
