3.  Unofficial Transcript attached to Membership Application.

4.  One Letter of Recommendation from Faculty Professor.

5.  $85 National Membership/shirnt fees due at time of submitting the application.

6.  AED Associates pay only $55 for National Membership.

7.  A completed copy of the “GPA Calculator” found on the website.
