PURPOSE

To acknowledge the United Faculty of Florida in collective bargaining.

Florida Board of Education

POLICY

The United Faculty of Florida (UFF) is recognized by the Florida Board of Education as the elected bargaining agent, which retains the exclusive right to negotiate and reach agreement on terms and conditions of employment for the members of the bargaining unit.

PROCEDURE

Policies and Procedures pertaining the United Faculty of Florida are contained in the "BOR/UFF Collective Bargaining Agreement".
