Dr. Mario J. Molina
Nobel Laureate

Mario Molina, one of the world's leading scientists and Professor of Chemistry and Environmental Sciences at MIT, received the coveted Nobel Prize in 1995 for his research on the chemistry of the stratospheric ozone layer and its vulnerability to human activities. Recently, he has been working on a multi-disciplinary approach to understanding the dynamics of air pollution in rapidly growing cities.
