If you are a current student and need to obtain your FACTS Personal Identification Number (PIN) for SASS information, please log into PantherSoft, SA Self Service, Learner Services,   Academics, and click on the link, Personal Identification Number (FACTS-PIN).

Past Students:
If you have not taken classes at FIU since 1994 and need to obtain an unofficial transcript, please visit FACTS.org. You will need your Social Security Number (SSN) and your PIN that was issued to you when you last attended FIU. If you have difficulty obtaining your unofficial transcript or cannot remember your PIN,please call (305)-348-2320 for staff assistance.
