The
Division of External Relations coordinates the University's
marketing, public relations and communications activities.
It includes the offices of Advertising and Brand Management,
Communications, Community Relations, Interactive Design,
Marketing, Media Relations and Publications, which work
together to execute FIU's major activities, both at
the institutional and unit level, in these areas. Whether
it's an individual product, such as a web page, brochure
or a newsletter
or publicity and promotion for
a program
or a special event - or all of these
elements - the division produces integrated plans and
executes the steps needed to advance the University's
marketing/public relations goals.
