Operations and Budget Manager

INTRODUCTION

Franccesca Cesti-Browne is the Operations and Budget Manager at Environmental Health & Safety.  Franccesca joined the department in February of 2005 as the Operations Manager and was promoted in June 2005 to also manage the Department’s budget and provide administrative support and oversight for the Fire Safety Program.  Prior to joining the Department, Franccesca was the office manager/legal assistant at a medium size law firm in Coral Gables.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Operations and Budget Manager Franccesca coordinates to assure the smooth operations of departmental activities, conformance with departmental standard operating procedures, payment and reconciliation of the department's accounts, coordinates staff schedules, equipment and vehicles, management of assignments and work orders associated with the Fire Safety Program.

Franccesca is described by her supervisor as "Girl Wonder”, in a pinch, she can also be counted on to find a solution. Franccesca is married and is currently completing her Master's in Public Administration at FIU.
