CENaP consists of a core group of (Bennett - ethnobotany, Downum - phytochemistry, Mathee - microbiology, Quirke - organic analytical chemistry). Dr. Bennett is the Center's director and Dr. Quirke serves as the associate director of the Center. Five researchers from Fairchild Tropical Garden and more than 20 FIU faculty colleagues are collaborators in the Center's research, training, and service activities.
