College of Arts & Sciences Office of Budget and Facilities
Welcome to the College of Arts & Sciences Office of Budget and Facilities home page. The areas of responsibility for this office include all issues of college budget planning and management as well as current space allocations/maintenance and future space and emergency planning. Our office coordinates facilities management and inventory, faculty contracts and adjunct contracts.
Our personnel includes Budget Coordinator, Gilda Ruiz, Accountant Aracely Lafarga and Coordinator Alina Zamora-Ammavuto. In addition, our office works with most of the staff and administrators in the College including Assistant Dean Harris on enrollment issues and adjunct budgets, Associate Dean Casines on USPS positions and Concession funds, Associate Dean Furton on C&G and Recharge Center funds, Dean Szuchman on Graduate Stipends and Assistantships as well as technology issues, Director of Development Robert Callahan, on private funding, Associate Dean Peterson regarding Biscayne Bay matters, and with Liz Greb and Interim Dean Szuchman regarding College budget, staff and salary models and final budget allocations.
