Coordinate the academic course schedule in consultation with the Associate Director and the academic units;
Provide oversight for the daily operation of the enrollment services area;
Coordinate enrollment service activities at the Broward Pines Center in cooperation with the University Registrar's Offices.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience.

Strong attention to detail;
Ability to handle confidential and/or sensitive information;
High degree of computer literacy;
Experience with PeopleSoft Student Administration preferred;
Must be willing to work occasional Saturdays.

Work Schedule:
Regular work hours are Mon-Thurs 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and some Saturdays 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Coordinate all student affair's activities and programs at the Broward Pines Center;
Develop, implement and coordinate all student life activities and programs, supervise Broward student government representative and advise student groups and organizations;
Serve as the liaison between Broward Student Government and the Student Government Association (SGA) at the Biscayne Bay Campus;
Request and monitor funding from SGA.
