Welcome to the FIU Broward Pines Center Website. In an on-going commitment to provide nationally recognized higher education programs in Broward County, Florida International University opened this facility in Pembroke Pines at the Academic Village in January, 2003. The Pines Center now houses all of FIU’s Broward County programs that were formerly located in Davie and downtown Fort Lauderdale.

At the Pines Center, Florida International University offers a variety of high-quality and convenient learning opportunities to help you meet your career and life goals. Select programs at the bachelors, masters and doctoral level are offered by the College of Arts & Sciences, the College of Business, the College of Education, the College of Engineering, and the College of Health & Urban Affairs. Most programs are offered on weekday evenings and Saturdays for the convenience of adult students who work full-time or part-time.
