Coach Gwydir on Cindy: “Cindy is a blue-chip type of player who has all the tools for success. She was recruited by several major Division I programs coming out of high school. She is an outstanding hitter and possesses some of the best bat speed I’ve ever seen. Her offensive prowess legitimizes our lineup, and if she plays up to her potential, this team will be stacked in the middle of the order. In high school, she was one of the best pitchers in the county. We’re hoping she can help us in the pitching rotation and possibly use her as a closer.”
