talented freshman who ran with the cross country team last fall…competed
in all six meets, posting a personal best 5,000-meter time of
21:06 at the Walt Disney World Classic (10/6)…her best finish
was ninth at the FIU Invitational (9/29)…will compete in
track's 800m event…her personal best in that event is 2:15,
but coaches believe a two to three second improvement is well
within her reach…ran high school cross country as a senior…prep
2000 state champion in the 800 meters…named to the all-area
team as a junior...team MVP as a sophomore and honorable mention
all-county as a freshman…helped Suncoast to three-straight
state track championships.
