Sing FIU alumna’s praises at American Idol watch party

Nadia Turner

For the few of you who haven’t heard already, Nadia Turner, an FIU alumna and definite star-in-the-making, has made the finals of American Idol, the top-rated show in the U.S. With her model looks and impressive vocals, the 28-year-old Turner has wowed judges weekly with her live performances.

We’re inviting Alumni Association members to join fellow Golden Panthers in cheering on Nadia every Tuesday in the first-floor T.V. lounge at FIU-University Park’s Towers Complex for as long as the magic lasts. (That would be as long as Nadia remains in the competition.)

The party runs from 7:45-9 p.m. and features free food and drinks for everyone in attendance.
