Hiring departments must advise their new employees to complete a "sign-on package" in order to be placed on the payroll. The completed sign-on package, employment documents, completed Employment Eligibility Form (INS I-9 Form), and Loyalty Oath should be received by the Records Section of the Division of Human Resources by the appropriate payroll deadline.
Sign-on packages are available to new employees according to their type of employment (Pay plan).
