The Department of Organization and Development Learning provides services that help meet the strategic and operational needs of the University. We provide consultation to Divisions/Departments, teams, and individuals to help implement effective action plans and appropriate solutions for strategic alignment, learning and development and employee relations support. Our approach is to blend organization development concepts with personal learning/development strategies that align job functions and human relations, improve teamwork, increase productivity, and enhance operational effectiveness.
