Congratulations on your promotion! We have created an orientation just for you. Making the Transition from Temporary Employee (MTT) will invigorate your “Panther Spirit”, enhance your understanding of the FIU mission and values, reinforce University policies and procedures, as well as provide you with an overview of the additional benefits you will receive with your new employment classification.

MTT is held once a month and all employees promoted from Temporary Employee positions are REQUIRED to attend.
